The staff was outstanding! They were always attentive and available for assistance. They were friendly and patient with the kids. The breakfast was very good and the room was spacious. The hotel provided a camping cot for our baby without us even asking, which was a nice touch. The location and view from our unit were great. We were fortunate to be placed further away from the main reception area, which was a blessing. The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities, although they forgot to replenish our milk one morning. The bathroom was nicely done, but a bit small and cramped for two people. The balcony offered a nice view where we could watch fishermen and enjoy birdwatching.
We felt right at home during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The view from my Executive Suite was amazing, creating a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was well-prepared with ready-to-use wood for the fireplace, and the linen was spotlessly clean and pure white. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were perfectly maintained. The hotel provided everything we needed, from a hairdryer and matches for the fireplace, to sufficient lighting for getting ready for the wedding. the breakfast area staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service with a smile.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The location was absolutely amazing, right in front of the lobby and facing the beautiful lake. I loved being so close to the dam, shops, and all the events happening in the area. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the room service to the dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. I felt safe and secure with the in-room safe and enjoyed the convenience of having a trouser press and garden furniture. The free toiletries and electric kettle were also a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort and luxury of the room. The dining options at the on-site restaurant were superb, and I enjoyed the in-room breakfast as well. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and unwind. The picnic area and tables were a nice touch, and the packed lunches and special diet menus catered to all needs. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
This venue is highly recommended for families.

Had an amazing city break and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, spacious and provided all the comfort necessary for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I appreciated the complementary welcome drink and snack, and the prompt response to any request or query I made. The location was key since it allowed me to easily visit other attractions nearby.
The breakfast service was slow and could have been better organized. Despite the quality of the food being good, the waiting time was a downside to my experience.

Our city break in Pretoria was amazing! We loved the comfortable room with its spacious layout and the outstanding views of the river from the terrace. The staff was great, they were always friendly and eager to help. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and we enjoyed the variety of dishes on offer.
the breakfast could have been better, as the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing and the food wasn't always replenished quickly enough.
